Set in peaceful countryside the park has a variety of resident and visiting birds including a Barn Owl.*

The family run site established almost 50 years ago is just a mile away from sandy beaches, the privately owned Sandilands golf course and also the well known Huttoft car terrace that overlooks the sea.

The site is popular among walkers and cyclists, as Jolly Common Lane is part of the C7 cycle route.
